Traditional uptime monitors either send a single easy-to-miss email or flood your inbox with 100+ duplicate alerts during a long outage. Teeya Uptime solves both problems with a deterministic state machine:

  • Persistent Consecutive DOWN Alerts: Every time we detect your service is still down, we send an alert email — up to 3 times in a continuous sequence.
  • Automatic Spam Mitigation: If your service remains down on the 4th+ consecutive check, further DOWN emails are suppressed while the incident stays tracked.
  • Single UP Recovery Notification: The moment your service transitions from DOWN back to UP, we notify you once (1/1) and reset the sequence counter to 0/3.

Every action in the Teeya Uptime web workspace can be automated via stateless HTTP requests using your secret API key (Authorization: Bearer tyu_... or X-API-Key: tyu_...).

  • SHA-256 Stateless Keys: Authenticate server-to-server calls or sign directly into the web dashboard via /login?secret=tyu_....
  • Private Vendor Provisioning API: Use an AdminAPIKey (tyu_admin_...) at POST /api/v1/admin/provision/ to provision client accounts and monitors in one call.
