By registering for or using Teeya Uptime, you agree to these Terms of Service governing your use of our website, API, and service availability monitoring platform.
You agree to configure Uptime Monitors only for domains, websites, APIs, and network services that you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to monitor. Using Teeya Uptime probes to conduct denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized port scanning, or abusive traffic generation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Teeya Uptime dispatches email notifications upon detecting consecutive DOWN states up to a maximum of 3 emails per continuous outage sequence, followed by 1 recovery email when the target returns to an UP state. While we maintain redundant mail dispatchers, email delivery also depends on your recipient mail server configuration and spam filtering rules.
Programmatic access via secret API keys (tyu_...) and private vendor provisioning keys (tyu_admin_...) must respect your plan's monitor quota and check interval minimums (minimum 30 seconds).
Free Starter accounts include up to 1 active monitor. Paid tiers (Growth, Pro, Enterprise) expand your active monitor limit and unlock multi-region latency breakdowns and custom webhook dispatches.
Questions regarding these Terms may be directed to legal@teeya.io.
